Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026

This site

This website describes what TrueUptime Solutions builds and how we work. Its content is informational — it isn't professional advice, and it isn't an offer with fixed terms. Case studies and scenarios labeled as representative are illustrations, not guarantees of results.

Client engagements

Actual services — audits, builds, and Uptime Care — are governed by the individual engagement agreement we sign with each client, which defines scope, price, and deliverables. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site: no scraping personal data, probing or disrupting our systems, or submitting content that's unlawful or that you don't have the right to share. The chat widget is an automated assistant — see our Privacy Policy for what not to submit through it.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, TrueUptime Solutions is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version. Questions: [email protected].
