What we collect
We collect only what you give us and the minimum needed to run this site:
- Contact and referral forms — name, email, company or business name, an optional phone number on referrals, and whatever you write in the message field.
- Chat messages — what you type into the chat widget, plus a random session identifier so the conversation holds together.
- Subscription email — the address you give us when you subscribe to our insights.
- Basic analytics — aggregate, cookie-free traffic data (pages viewed, country, referrer). We do not use tracking cookies and we do not fingerprint visitors.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to schedule calls you ask for, to send you the content you subscribed to, and to understand which pages are useful. That's it. We never sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers below who process it on our behalf.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and our lead and chat systems.
- Resend — delivers our emails.
- Cal.com — handles call scheduling when you book with us.
- AI provider — if and when the chat assistant uses a language model to answer, your chat messages are processed by that provider to generate the reply.
The chat widget
The chat on this site is an automated assistant, not a live person. Please don't submit confidential business information, medical or financial details, passwords, or credentials through it — use [email protected] for anything sensitive.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and chat transcripts are kept while we have an active conversation or engagement with you, and deleted when they're no longer needed. Subscription emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Visitors outside the United States
We're a US business and the data you submit is processed and stored in the United States. If you're visiting from the EU, UK, or anywhere else, using this site and submitting information means you consent to that US processing. Deletion and access requests are honored for everyone, worldwide — same address: [email protected].
Deleting your data
Email [email protected] from the address in question and we'll delete what we hold about you and confirm when it's done.
